Tenders Are Invited For Catering Services On The Campuses Of The Krakow University Of Technology In Krakow At Ul. Warszawska 24, Al. Jana Pawła Ii 37, Ul. Podchorążych 1, Street Kanonicza 1, Ul. Leah 114.
The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Catering Services On The Campuses Of The Krakow University Of Technology In Krakow At Ul. Warszawska 24, Al. Jana Pawła Ii 37, Ul. Podchorążych 1, Ul. Kanonicza 1, Ul. Lea 114 For A Period Of 24 Months. The Service Will Be Provided Successively During The Term Of The Contract As Part Of Events Organized By The Ordering Party On The Basis Of Partial Orders. By Providing Catering Services, The Ordering Party Understands The Service Of Preparing, Delivering And Serving Meals And Drinks Using The Contractors Own Devices, Equipment, Dishes And Products During Events/Meetings Organized By The Krakow University Of Technology, On The Premises Of The Ordering Party On The Dates Indicated By The Ordering Party. Each Order Will Include Catering And Catering Services For, Among Others: 5 People And No More Than 700 People, Depending On The Nature Of The Event To Which The Catering Service Applies, Which Will Be Determined Each Time By The Ordering Party. The Given Numbers Of People And Meals Are Estimates. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Order To The Extent That The Minimum Amount That Will Be Paid For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement Will Be 50% Of The Maximum Amount Of Remuneration. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz
