The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project City Management Based On Spatial Databases With The Development Of E-Services Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund As Part Of The Competition Implemented Under Feld 2021-2027; Recruitment: Feld.01.04-Ip.02-002/24; Under Priority Feld.01 European Funds For The Innovative Łódź Region, Measure Feld.01.04 Digitization Of The Regional Program European Funds For The Łódź Region 2021-2027. The Ordering Party Requires That The Project Manager, Before Commencing The Implementation Of The Tasks, Read The Entire Application Documentation, In Particular The Application Form, The Feasibility Study And Other Annexes. The Ordering Party Informs That Due To The Need To Comply With The Rules Specified For The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027 During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Required To Use The Logos Of The Aid Program On All Documents Created In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project.2) Responsibilities Of The Project Manager: 2.1. When Implementing The Order, The Project Manager Will Be Required To Use A Process Approach. 2.2. The Basic Requirements For Managing The Implementation Of The Project Will Be The Following Processes And Procedures: A) Project Planning And Control, B) Escalation Procedures, C) Risk Management, D) Change Management, E) Quality Management.3) A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Described In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Set Out In The Template Agreement Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
