1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of A Section Of A Municipal Road On Part Of Plot No. 61 In The Town Of Goruszów, By Constructing The Structure And Road Surface. 2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Preparatory Worksb) Earthworks) Substructuresd) Surfacesee) Finishing Worksf) Securing The Gas Pipeline) Reconstruction Of The Water Pipeline Sectionh) Securing The Affinity Devices Power Engineering3) In Addition, A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Determined By:  Bill Of Quantities (Serving As An Auxiliary Function But Being Part Of The Design Documentation) - Annex No. 4 To The Swz,  Design Documentation - Annex No. 5 To The Swz,  Stwiorb - Annex No. 6 To The Swz,  Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 7 To The Swz4) The Draft Contractual Provisions Include The Principle Of Lump Sum Remuneration, So The Bill Of Quantities Included In The Order Documentation Is Also Intended To Enable The Valuation Of Individual Elements Of The Works.5) The Ordering Party Expects The Contractor To Provide The Price For The Execution Of The Order As A Lump Sum Price, Which Includes The Execution Of All Elements Of The Order That Are The Subject Of The Drawing And The Text Of The Order Documents, Including Vat Applicable On The Date Of Submission Of The Offer.6) The Ordering Party Demands Before Signing A Contract With The Selected Contractor, Presenting A Simplified Offer Cost Estimate, Prepared On The Basis Of Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Stwiorb And A Possible On-Site Visit Carried Out By The Contractor.7) In Addition, As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Ensure That The Works Are Managed By Persons With Qualifications In The Specialties Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Entrusted Task And To Keep A Log Of The Investment Implementation Or Construction Log (If Necessary) In Cooperation With The Supervision Inspector (If Appointed) B) Marking And Securing The Work Site In Accordance With The Approved Temporary Traffic Organization Design, Conducting Permanent Control Of The Marking And Ensuring That The Traffic Organization Covers The Actually Occupied Work Zone. After Completing The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove The Markings C) Apply To The Managers Of Networks Colliding With The Scope Of Works To Agree On The Scope Of Works In The Road And Pay For The Supervision Of The Managers Of The Underground And Above-Ground Utilities Networks (If Necessary), D) Secure And Hand Over To The Ordering Party The Reclaimed Material Resulting From The Milling Of Existing Bituminous Layers.
