Purchase Of Specialized Defibrillators, Consisting In The Purchase And Delivery Of Specialized Medical Equipment. The Ordering Party Envisages The Purchase Of Up To Two (2) Pieces Of Specialized Defibrillators, With The Final Number Of Devices Ordered Depending On The Price Offered By The Contractor And The Amount Of Financial Resources Available To The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Purchase A Smaller Number Of Devices If The Offered Unit Price Exceeds The Value Of Funds Allocated For The Implementation Of The Order. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claim For Limiting The Number Of Devices Delivered, Provided That The Order Is Completed Within The Scope Of The Ordering Partys Financial Resources. The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Have The Required Approvals For Marketing And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland And Meet All The Requirements Set Out In The Annex To This Specification.
