1. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Of A Playground And Development Of The Area For Recreational Purposes At Ul. Trzeciego Tura In Jaktorów. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Construction Of: 1) A Football Pitch With A Natural Grass Surface, 2) A Volleyball Court With A Natural Grass Surface, 3) A Playground (The Pirate Ship Set, The Castle Set, The Climbing Rock Set, A Rope Slide, A Set Of Three Swing Swings), 4) A Garden Gazebo, 5) Hardening The Area - Paths, Safe Surfaces, 6) Installation Of Small Architecture Objects, 7) Internal And External Fences, 8) Planting Trees 9) Other Land Development Elements Resulting From The Design Documentation.3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In Section 1 The Contractor: 1) After Completing The Construction, Will Ensure That A Post-Assembly Inspection Of The Playground Is Carried Out By An Accredited Certification Body (Independent Body) To The Extent Specified By The Pn-En 1176-7:2020-09 Standard (In-Situ Inspection Of The Facility). The Post-Installation Inspection Will Consist In Verifying The Safety Level Of The Playground, Including: On Checking Whether The Devices Were Not Damaged During Transport, Were Properly Installed, On An Appropriate Shock-Absorbing Surface And In Compliance With The Required So-Called Safety Zones, 2) Will Provide The Ordering Party With An Electronic (Digital) Complete Playground Management System (Playground Log) In Accordance With The Pn-En 1176-7:2020-09 Standard, I.E. Containing At Least The Following Elements: Control Plan, Maintenance Schedule, Post-Assembly Inspection Report Of The Facility, Reports On Periodic Inspections, Records Of Maintenance And Modernization Works Carried Out, Procedure In The Event Of An Accident, Failure Or Fire, Protocols Regarding Accidents, Failures Or Fire, If Any, 3) Will Develop Draft Playground Regulations And Instructions For Safe Use For Each Playground Equipment, Agree Their Content With The Ordering Party, Deliver And Install Appropriate Information Boards, 4) Train 2 Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Ongoing Operation, Operation And Maintenance Of Playground Equipment, Elements Equipment And Small Architecture.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including In Particular The Description Of Construction Works And The Requirements Imposed On Them, Is Described In The Design Documentation: 1) Land Development Design, 2) Technical Design, 3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works 4) Bill Of Quantities
