1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery And Assembly Of Office Furniture, Occupational Health And Safety Cabinets, Warehouse Shelves And Other Furniture And Room Equipment For The Rescue And Firefighting Unit In Białystok At Ul. Plażowa 95.2. The Ordering Party Has Divided The Subject Of The Order Into Parts And Allows For The Submission Of Partial Offers For The Parts Of The Order Listed Below: Part I - Office Furniture Part Ii - Warehouse Shelves, Occupational Health And Safety Cabinets. The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Complete Offers For Each Part Of The Order, I.E. The Contractor Should Submit An Offer For All Furniture, Equipment Elements, Etc. Included In The Opz As Part Of The Part For Which He Is Submitting An Offer.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Along With The Quantity Of Individual Furniture Is Presented In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 4. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Annex No. 3 Specifies The Minimum Requirements That Should Be Met By The Furniture, Shelves, Furniture Elements Or Equipment Offered By The Contractor, Which Are The Subject Of The Order In This Procedure. The Contractor May Propose Furniture, Shelves And Equipment With Parameters Better Than Those Described In The Opz. 5. The Offered Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Order Documents, Including Being Complete And Having All The Elements Specified In The Opz, In Particular Having The Number Of Shelves, Hangers, Hooks, Parts, Handles, Legs, Grommets, Locks, Etc. Required In The Opz, And Should Be Equipped With The Systems Indicated In The Opz.6. Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order: Białystok, Ul. Beach 95.7. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz.8. The Ordering Party Informs That It Is Possible For The Contractor To Carry Out An On-Site Visit At The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order After Prior Arrangement Of Participation In The Visit With The Contact Person Indicated In Chapter Xvii Of The Swz (The Application Should Be Sent Electronically To The E-Mail Address Provided). The Date Of The On-Site Visit Will Be Each Time Agreed With The Interested Contractor.
