The Subject Of This Order Is The Supply Of Energy And The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services For Facilities Indicated In The Annex To The Swz, With An Estimated Annual (12-Month) Electricity Consumption Of 164,000 Kwh: Where: Places Of Electricity Supply, Energy Consumption Points, Numbers Of Meters, Tariff Groups, Contractual Powers Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Constituting A Description Of The Subject Orders.2. The Ordering Party Currently Has A Comprehensive Agreement Concluded For A Fixed Period Until January 31, 20263. The Contractor, On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Will Submit To The Distribution System Operator For Implementation The Agreement Concluded With The Ordering Party Regarding This Order Immediately After Its Conclusion. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Necessary Information And Documents (Power Of Attorney) Immediately After Concluding The Contract.4. The Projected Energy Consumption Specified By The Ordering Party Is Indicative Only And Does Not Reflect The Actual Or Declared Use Of Electricity During The Duration Of The Contract And Cannot Under Any Circumstances Constitute The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor.5. The Supply Of Electricity And The Electricity Distribution Service Will Commence On The Terms Specified In The Swz, Ensuring Continuity Of Electricity Supply. 6. Settlement Of Liabilities Arising From The Sale Of Electricity And Distribution Of Electricity Will Be Carried Out According To The Indications Of Measurement And Settlement Systems Under The Conditions Specified In The Relevant Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law, In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations Relating To The Above-Mentioned. The Act And The Provisions Of The Act Of April 23, 1964, Civil Code And The Principles Specified In The Concessions, As Well As In Accordance With The Contractors Offer.
