Maintenance Consists In Maintaining The Continuous Technical Efficiency Of Chimney Flues In The Buildings Entrusted To The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Regularly Carry Out Periodic Inspections Of Smoke, Exhaust Gas And Ventilation Ducts, To Immediately Determine The Threat Levels And Secure The Facilities, Surroundings And Areas Administered By Zgn, As Well As To Perform Periodic Inspections (Confirmed By Protocols) In Accordance With The Schedule And To Carry Out Chimney Inspection Opinions Commissioned By Zgn. Inspection Of The Technical Condition Of Chimney Ducts (Smoke, Exhaust And Ventilation) Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Art. 62 Of The Construction Law Of July 7, 1994 (Journal Of Laws 2024.755.J.T.). Inspection Reports Are To Be Prepared As E-Protocols In The Ceeb System.
