1. Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order: A) The Subject Of The Order Is The Operational Leasing Service Entitled: Purchase Of A Tractor With Equipment For Winter Road Maintenance In The Form Of Operational Leasing, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of Leasing. B) The Tractor Must Be Unused And Manufactured No Earlier Than 2024. The Requirements For The Vehicle, I.E. The Required Technical Parameters As Well As The Required Minimum Equipment And Accessories, Are Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 5 To The Swz /Technical Specification Of The Vehicle/. C) The Vehicles Ac, Third-Party Liability And Accident Insurance Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. D) Requirements For Operational Leasing: • Leasing Settled In Pln, • 59 Equal, Fixed And Unchangeable Leasing Installments, Payable Starting From The Next Month After Handing Over The Vehicle For Each 10Th Day Of The Month, • Leasing Period - 60 Months, • Initial Fee - 10% Of The Value Of The Leased Item (Increased By Vat)• Initial Fee Payable Up To 7 Days After Signing The Leasing Agreement, • Possibility Of Purchase, • Purchase Value Of The Leased Item After The End Of The Leasing Agreement - 1% Of The Value Of The Leased Item (Increased By Vat).E) The Warranty Period Is: For The Tractor, At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Complete Vehicle, For Accessories - 12 Months From The Date Of Receipt.F) Service Conditions: Service By An Authorized Manufacturers Representative. G) The Vehicle Must Be Approved, Meet All Conditions For Admission To Road Traffic, Be Technically Efficient And Ready For Operation And Free From Legal Defects. H) The Contractor Will Attach The Following Documents To The Leased Item: A Copy Of The Approval Certificate Or Declaration Of Conformity, An Operating Manual In Polish, Subject To Point.
