The Ordering Party Is An Organizational Unit Of Social Assistance Within The Meaning Of Art. 6 Point 5 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended, Item 1302), To The Extent That It Uses 100% Of Gas Fuel For The Purposes Of Providing Social Assistance. The Above-Mentioned Activity Qualifies Him As A Protected Customer, Not Subject To Power Supply Level 12 Restrictions. Appropriate Declarations Constitute An Annex To This Swz.
