The Scope Of Work Includes: · Strengthening The Weakened Elements Of The Roof Truss, · Replacing The Roof Covering, · Repairing Chimneys, · Replacing The Attic Window Sashes Of Wooden Gables, · Constructing A New Wooden Gable Structure, · Installing A Lightning Protection System.3. The Task Is Co-Financed By The Government Program For The Reconstruction Of Monuments. 4. The Preliminary Promise Of Co-Financing The Investment From The Government Program For The Reconstruction Of Monuments, No. Edycja2rpoz/2023/1580/Polskilad, Is Attached As Annex No. 10 To Swz5. The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Detail Using The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order.6. The Ordering Party Requires That All Construction Works Be Performed With Due Care, In Accordance With The Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, The Conditions Of The Permit Of The Warmian-Masurian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments, The Terms Of The Arrangements, The Requirements Of Standards And Regulations In This Regard And The Health And Safety Conditions.7. The Materials Used By The Contractor During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New And Meet The Quality Requirements Of Products Approved For Use In Construction In Accordance With The Construction Law. 8. The Contract With The Selected Contractor Will Be Concluded No Earlier Than After The Ordering Party Receives Promises From The Government Program For The Reconstruction Of Monuments, For The Task That Is The Subject Of The Order.9. The Ordering Party Informs That It May Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance The Contract Are Not Awarded To It. 10. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Equivalent Solutions For Works, Materials And Systems That Meet Applicable Standards And Requirements. The Ordering Party Reserves That Wherever Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Devices Or Materials Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract, They Should Be Treated Only As Proposals. The Ordering Party Allows Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
