1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Computer Equipment For The Needs Of Professional Laboratories Of Analytical Technicians And Motor Vehicle Technicians,2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: The Road To Success Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027, Contract Number Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0090/23.3. A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Swz, And In Annex No. 6, I.E. The Contract Template.4. The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party In Żychlin At Ul. Gabriela Narutowicza 88. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Using His Own Transport, At His Own Expense And At His Own Risk. The Order Includes Delivery To Rooms Located Inside The Building.5. The Ordering Party Requires At Least 24-Month Quality Warranty For The Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol. 6. The Ordering Party Informs That The Purchase Of Computer Equipment Covered By These Proceedings Is Exempt From Tax On Goods And Services Pursuant To: • Art. 83 Section 1 Point 26 Of The Act Of March 11, 2004 On Tax On Goods And Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 361, As Amended), In Connection With The Supply Of Computer Equipment For Educational Institutions / Scientific Units / Public Benefit Organizations, • And § 8 Section 1 Point 13 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Finance Of December 20, 2013 On Exemptions From Tax On Goods And Services And The Conditions For Applying These Exemptions (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 701). Therefore, The Contractor Is Obliged To Issue An Invoice With The Vat Rate Zw (Exempt), In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. In Case Of Doubt, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A Statement Confirming The Status Entity Entitled To Purchase Computer Equipment With Vat Exemption.7. The Contractor Is Required To Provide A Warranty For The Purchased Aids In Accordance With The Manufacturers Terms And Conditions, Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order And Issuance Of The Warranty Documents. The Warranty Period Is Required To Be Equal To The Warranty Period.8. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair The Equipment Within A Maximum Of 7 Calendar Days From The Date Of Reporting The Defect/Failure. By The Term Repair, The Ordering Party Understands The Implementation Of Activities Consisting In Restoring The Original Functionality Of The Equipment. Details Regarding The Guarantee Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.9. Documents Constituting Annexes To The Swz Should Be Treated As Mutually Explanatory And Complementary.
