The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Construction Of A Padel Pitch And Graduation Tower Along With Elements Of Small Architecture In The Sports And Recreation Area In Nowogród Bobrzański. 2. The Investment In Question Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of The Notification Of Construction Works Not Requiring A Building Permit Dated March 20, 2025 To The Starosta Of Zielona Góra, A Scan Of Which Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 3. The Task Is To Build A Padel Court With Lighting, A Sonic Graduation Tower, Hardening The Area Around The Court, Placing 2 Benches, A Garbage Can And 4 Bicycle Racks. All Parameters Are Provided In The Design Documentation, Which Constitutes Annex No. 5 To Swz.4. List Of Areas:• Plot Area: 28,177 M2• Padel Court Area: 200.00 M2• Paved Area: 40.95 M2• Sonic Graduation Tower Area: 13.85 M25. Specification And Description Of Accompanying Works And Temporary Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include The Following Basic Temporary And Accompanying Works In His Valuation: 1) Geodetic Marking Out Of Structure Elements And The Route Of The Designed Networks, Roads, Squares And Sidewalks, 2) Construction Of Auxiliary Assembly Structures, 3) Construction Of Temporary Connections For Water, Electricity, Sewage, Telecommunications And Other Media Needed By The Contractor, 4) Arrangement, Maintenance And Liquidation Of The Construction Site, Supervision Of The Site And Construction Property,5) Organization Of Social And Office Rooms At The Construction Site, Including Sanitary And Hygienic Rooms,6) Maintenance Of Construction Site Equipment,7) Measurements For The Settlement Of Works,8) Protective Measures In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Conditions,9) Maintenance Of Small Tools,10) Removal Of Waste And Pollution From The Construction Site,11) Construction Of Temporary Roads, 12) Lighting And Heating Of Employee Rooms, 13) Metering Of Utility Consumption Points - At The Contractors Expense. 14) As-Built Inventory And Post-Construction Surveying, 15) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. 6. The Contractor Is Responsible For Accurately Marking Out The Plan And Determining The Height Of All Work Elements In Accordance With The Dimensions And Elevations Specified In The Design Documentation. Marking Out Characteristic Points Of Buildings And Structures In The Field And Setting Working Benchmarks Should Be Made In Relation To Geodetically Designated Situational And Height Points.7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Maintain And Perform In A Usable Condition All Temporary Works Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.8.
