This Consultation Was Carried Out According To The Open Call For Tenders Procedure, In Application Of Articles R.2124-1 And R.2124-2 Of The Public Order Code. The Contract Is Mixed: It Is Passed Partly With A Fixed Price (Indicated In The Breakdown Of The Overall And Fixed Price) And Partly With Purchase Orders With Minimum And Maximum Amounts In Application Of Article R. 2162-4 Of The Public Procurement Code. For This Last Part, It Will Give Rise To The Issuance Of Purchase Orders, Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R. 2162-13 And 14 Of The Public Order Code And Within The Limit Of The Minimum And Maximum Amounts Set As Follows For A Period Of 48 Months: The Minimum Amount Of The Purchase Order Part Is Set At 300,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Maximum Amount Of The Purchase Order Part Is Set At 1,200 000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax
