The Services Are Regulated By Unit And Fixed Prices.
This File With An Obligation Of Result, Passed In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L212361 1°) And R2123-1 1°) Of The Public Procurement Code, Aims To Carry Out Operational And Ergonomic Improvement Work As Well As Several Incidents Of Disruption At Môle 2 Located At The Lavéra Oil Port. More Precisely, This File - Which Must Lead To An Ordinary Contract With Fixed Quantities Concluded With An Economic Operator - Is Broken Down Into Two Parts/Items Distributed As Follows: Part 1: Operational And Ergonomic Improvement Work: The Holder Undertakes To Provide A Coherent And Homogeneous Turnkey Service Which Necessarily Covers All Civil Engineering, Piping And Metallurgical Work (Metal Frames) Detailed In Article 2.3 Of The Cctp Including: - Testing And Commissioning. - The Design And Studies Of Execution And Construction Of The Installations, - Procurement, Manufacturing, Prefabrication In The Workshop, Controls And Tests, - Restoration Of The Premises, Permanent Cleaning Of The Site, Disposal Of Healthy And Polluted Soil, - Regulatory Files (Desp, Bsdi; Etc.), - The Testing And Start-Up File Of The Installations, - Provision Of The File Of The Works Carried Out. Part 2: Consolidation Work On Pipe Support Walkways The Holder Also Undertakes To Carry Out Consolidation Work, Recovery Of Material Damage And Maintenance Of The Metal Pipe Support Walkways Located On The Oil Port Of Martigues-Lavéra (13117) In Order To Make Its Operational Operation More Reliable And Sustainable Over Time. All Of This Work Is Detailed In Article 3 Of The Specific Technical Clauses. This Work Must Comply With Obligations Strictly Defined In The Specifications So As To Guarantee Their Reliability, Durability And Effectiveness With Regard In Particular To Environmental Requirements And The Quality Assurance Plan (Paq) To Be Submitted To The Contracting Entity In Its Capacity As Project Manager (Cf. Article 3.5.17 Of The Cctp). The Work Will Be Triggered By Service Order And Will Follow A Schedule Which Is Associated With A Phasing Of The Operations To Be Carried Out Which Is Detailed In The Technical Brief. This Technical Memorandum, The Heart Of The Offer And The Holders Commitments, Details The Performance Obligations Contained In The Cctp And Was Validated By The Representative Of The Contracting Entity After Discussions With The Holder. All Services Will Be Remunerated, Depending On The Case, On The Basis Of The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu) Or The Breakdown Of The Overall And Fixed Prices (Dpgf) Which Are Annexed To The Act Of Commitment (Ae).
