Data-Processing Services – Purchase Of An It Service For Identifying Crops, Monitoring Plant Vegetation And Agricultural Activities. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of An External Service (In The Saas Model, I.E. Software As A Service), Consisting In Providing The Possibility Of Identifying Plant Species/Types, Methods Of Agricultural Use And Enabling Confirmation Of The Implementation Of Agrotechnical Procedures, Based On The Analysis And Processing Of Image Data (Satellite Imagery, Aerial Photos, Photos From Low-Ceiling Air Raids), With Using Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence Or Indicator Analysis (E.G. Plant Vegetation Index Built On The Basis Of Individual Satellite Imaging Spectra) And All Terrestrial Data And Data Collected In Open Or Commercial Registers. 2. As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Will Provide The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party): 1) Access To Data Processing Tools Via A Web Browser, 2) The Ability To Parameterize Operations And Processes, 3) The Ability To Verify The Status Of Ongoing Processes, 4) The Ability To Visualize Reports On Completed Processes, 5) The Ability To Visualize Satellite Images In A Given Area, In Given Time Range, 6) Access To The Administration Panel Enabling, Among Others, Configuration Of Users Within The Institution. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz). 4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right To Extend The Period Of Service Provision By Another Period, Not Longer Than 12 Months. 5. If There Is A Need To Exercise The Option Right, The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About This Fact Before The End Of The Validity Of The Agreement In The Scope Of The Basic Order, No Later Than One Month Before The End Of The Validity Of The Agreement. 6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right Once Or Several Times, Up To A Total Amount Not Exceeding The Maximum Remuneration Referred To In § 6 Section 1 Point 1.2 Of The Labor Code And Not Exceeding The Maximum Period Of Extension Of The Service Provided In Point 5 Above. 7. If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option Right, The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement It, Under The Conditions Specified In The Agreement For The Basic Order. 8. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Performed On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Contract Agreement Together With The Annexes Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
