The Target Of The Procurement Is The Project Targeting, Transportation And Distribution Of Gypsum As Defined In The Invitation To Tender And In Its Annexes. The Procurement Will Be Carried Out As Part Of The Plaster Function Coordinated By The Current Ely Center In Southwest Finland, 1 January 2026, In Southwest Finlands Venitality Center (Lou Evk). The Aim Is To Continue The Gypsum Project Of The Archipelago Sea, Which Started In 2020, And The Expansion Of The Gypsum 2.0 Project In Targeted Catchment Areas. The Purpose Of Gypsum Activities Is To Significantly Reduce The Leaching Of Solids And Phosphorus From The Fields To Waterways By Treating Fields In The Area Of The Area Of The Soil Improvement. The Area Of Operation Covers The Southwest Finland, Satakunta, Southern Ostrobothnia, Ostrobothnia, Northern Ostrobothnia, Uusimaa, Southeastern Finland, Häme And Pirkanmaa Ely Centers, As Well As Plaster Support Areas Located In The Åland Region. Thus, The Rights And Obligations Of The Subscriber Referred To In The Agreement Are Transferred To The Southwest Finland Vitality Center. The Scope Of The Procurement Is Influenced By The Appropriations Granted To The Scope And Distribution Target Of The Procurement. Based On The Funding Planned By The Time Of The Invitation To Tender, The Aim Is To Deal With Approximately 5,000 Hectares Of Land In The Operating Area Of Mainland Finland (= Southern And Possibly Northern Operating Area) Each Year With Soil Improvement, But If Additional Funding Is Granted, Any Additional Financing Could Allow Up To About 15,000 Annual Distributions. In Addition, The Distribution Activities Can Be Carried Out In The Åland Area. The Annual Target Volume Of Åland Depends On The Amount Of Funding Planned For Operations. The Potential Distribution Volume Of Åland Is Estimated To Be Up To About 100-200 Ha Per Year.
