Quotation are invited for Supply and Installation of Solar Panel Systems - Batch III The programme will support the supply and installation of solar PV panel systems for 8 companies (approximately 930 KWp in total) across various locations in the West Bank, as per the following batches: · Batch I: 1 company in Hebron 150KWp; and 1 company in Bethlehem 50 KWp. · Batch II: Approximately 3 companies in Tulkarem up to 250KWp. · Batch III: Two companies up to 220 KWp; One company in Nablus up to 130KWp and One company in Jenin (Qabatya) up to 90 KWp. The target is to complete the implementation of the above solar PV panel projects by mid-December 2025. In order to achieve this goal, Tasdeer will issue the relevant tenders in batches relevant to specific geographic locations as per the above allocation and will seek to award contracts to one service provider per batch, if and where applicable. This RFQ pertains to the third batch, which consists of (2) solar PV panel systems located in Nablus and Jenin (North of West Bank). To ensure timely delivery and efficient project implementation, Tasdeer reserves the right to award contracts based on the following conditions: Geographic location of companies/service providers: If a bidder is awarded a contract for solar PV panel projects in one geographical area (e.g. geographical area in batch 1), Tasdeer reserves the right to exclude them from procurement in another geographical area (e.g. geographical area in batch 2 or 3) based on considerations of equitable distribution and to mitigate potential delivery delays or risks related to over-concentration of projects in one service provider. Number of awarded systems within each geographical location (i.e. batch): To further ensure equitable distribution of work and to prevent over-concentration of awards within a single geographic area, Tasdeer also reserves the right to award solar PV panel projects within any location/batch to more than one bidder. Tasdeer also reserves the right to limit the total capacity awarded to any single company/service provider up to a maximum of 250-300KWp. Proof of material availability: The bidder must submit verifiable documentation demonstrating the availability of essential components and materials necessary for the successful and timely implementation of the awarded systems. This may include bidder confirmations, inventory records, letters of credit, or purchase orders. Tasdeer may give preference to bidders who can show immediate or short-term availability of critical materials such as solar PV panels, inverters, and mounting structures. These conditions aim to mitigate potential delays due to resource constraints, roads closure and to ensure timely delivery across all locations. Field visits: Tasdeer will provide detailed design and photos as annexes with the RfQs. However, bidders can conduct field visits to validate the design.
