Tenders are invited for Consultant: Advocacy Digital Campaign for Demanding Right of Palestinian Youth to Psychological Support in West Bank and Gaza Strip Scope of work: The consultant is expected to: Conduct and facilitate a digital stakeholder workshop to present the key findings from the Youth Protection Needs Assessment, with the participation of youth groups, humanitarian actors, service providers, clusters coordinators, and relevant stakeholders. Lead on the preparation for the workshop, including preparing invitations and follow-up with key actors such as OCHA, clusters, and humanitarian actors. Coordinate and collaborate with the Humanitarian Youth Group Palestine throughout the process. Map and identify potential allies, champions, decision-makers, and influencers who can support the campaign. Develop the campaigns identity, branding, key messages, and outreach strategies (e.g., traditional media, social media, events, partnerships). Draft an implementation timeline with clear milestones and responsibilities. Present the draft digital advocacy campaign plan to ActionAid for review and validation and finalize it based on feedback received. Implement the advocacy campaign on the ground, ensuring youth participation at all stages and integrating digital, community-based, and policy-level actions. 4. Deliverables Work plan and timeline (to be submitted within one week of contract start). Design, organization, and facilitation of the stakeholder workshop. Draft advocacy campaign plan (including objectives, strategies, target audiences, key messages, tools, and timeline). Final advocacy campaign plan incorporating ActionAids feedback. Implementation report summarizing key activities, engagement outcomes, and next steps for sustainability. 6. Duration and working schedule: The assignment shall be conducted between 30st October- 15th of December,2025. The specific level of effort for the firm / consultant will be based on the agreed workplan that will be finalized with the contract b.
