Qualification and Conditions: The main criteria for admission to the tender process are as follows: a) Certificate of Registration from the National Government Certifying Authority and the state level (Attach Certificate of Incorporation). b) A good track record and references from previous clients, preferably from the UN and INGOs, with a contract value of $100,000 or above. The contractor should provide proof of experience in similar tasks, having completed at least three projects of comparable nature and complexity within the last five years.
