In reference to this, ALIGHT/ARC invites tender from qualified, registered companies as detailed above, the detail description is summarized in accordance with procedures, conditions, and contract terms, as specified in this tender document and the BOQ. Qualification and Conditions: The main criteria for admission to the tender process are as follows: a) Certificate of Registration from the National Government Certifying Authority and the state level (Attach Certificate of Incorporation). b) A good track record and references from previous clients, preferably from the UN and INGOs, with a contract value of $100,000 or above. The contractor should provide proof of experience in similar tasks, having completed at least three projects of comparable nature and complexity within the last five years.
