The Provider Offers The Equipment Installed And In Order. The Tenderer (At The Price) Also Includes The Dismantling Of The Current Washing Machine And Its Line And Components/Parts (For Renewable Parts) And Their Removal/Recycling. The Supplier Will Provide Users With The Use Of New Equipment At The Time To Be Agreed. The Subscriber Alone Decides On The Possible Ordering Of The Options And The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Subscriber Or To The Service Providers Exclusive Right To Provide Options. If The Subscriber Does Not Use Options, The Supplier Must Ensure That The Washing Machine Offered Is Suitable For The Subscribers Remaining Laundry Line.The Sections/Machine/Components Offered Must Be New! Contract Period: The Subscriber Selects One (1) Supplier With Whom It Concludes The Contract. The Procurement Agreement Will Only Be Binding On The Signing Of The Agreement And Shall Be Valid Until The Contractual Obligations And The Obligations Of The Warranty Period Have Been Successfully Completed. The Draft Agreement Is Attached To This Invitation To Tender. Thereafter, The Supplier Undertakes To Provide Maintenance And Spare Parts For At Least Ten (10) Years.
