Exhibition Equipment – Construction, Delivery, Assembly And Launch Of The Permanent Exhibition For The Museum Of The Greater Poland Uprising 1918-1919. Similar Contracts - The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding Contracts In Accordance With Art. 214 Section 1 Point 8) Of The Public Procurement Law (Up To 30% Of The Value Of The Basic Contract) In The Event Of Awarding A Basic Contract To The Current Contractor, An Order For Additional Supplies Aimed At Partial Replacement Of The Delivered Products Or Installations Or Increasing Current Supplies Or Expanding Existing Installations, If A Change Of The Contractor Would Oblige The Ordering Party To Purchase Materials With Different Technical Properties, Which Would Result In Technical Incompatibility Or Disproportionately Large Technical Difficulties In Using And Maintaining These Products Or Installations. The Condition For Awarding An Order Involving The Repetition Of Similar Deliveries Is Confirmation That: • The Current Contractor Completed The Deliveries On Time And With The Utmost Care, • The Existing Contractor Will Ensure A Standard Of Performance Of The New Order That Is No Worse Than The Basic Order, • The Current Contractor Will Accept The Essential Terms And Conditions Of The Existing Contract, • The Ordering Party Will Conduct Negotiations With The Current Contractor, As A Result Of Which The Remuneration And The Date Of Completion Of Such An Order Will Be Agreed. Order Completion Deadline 1. The Deadline For Starting The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract - Runs From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement. 2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Order Be Completed Within No More Than 20 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement. 3. Detailed Definition Of The Implementation Stages Along With The Deadlines In Accordance With The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement - Annex No. 1 To The Swz Subject Evidence - The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of The Subject Evidence In The Form Of Samples Indicated In The Swz Together With The Offer. The Samples Will Be Assessed Under One Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria. In The Sample Assessment Process, Specialists Will Carry Out The Activities Necessary To Determine Whether The Sample Meets The Requirements Of The Swz And How Carefully It Was Prepared In Relation To The Description Of The Criteria Set In The Swz. For This Purpose, Specialists Will Inspect The Submitted Samples, Assessing Non-Price Criteria, In Particular: Quality Of Workmanship, Accuracy Of Fit, Compliance Of The Assessed Samples With The Color Chart, Functionality Of The Presented Sample And Its Usefulness In The Field Of Intensive Exhibition Use, And Safety Of Use. If The Said Evidence Is Not Submitted, The Ordering Party Will Reject The Offer In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 2C Of The Public Procurement Law. These Pieces Of Evidence Are Not Subject To Supplementation If They Are Not Submitted Within The Required Deadlines, Nor Are They Subject To Supplementation In The Event Of Their Non-Compliance With The Swz.
