To Supply The Mühlenviertel With District Heating, A Heat Transfer Station (Wü Station) Will Be Built In The Future, Operated By Hertener Stadtwerke Gmbh. The Primary Side Is Connected To The District Heating Network Operated By Uniper. The Secondary Side Is Connected To The Mühlenviertel Heating Network. This Call For Tenders Is For The 1St Expansion Stage, See The Keyword Description Below. In A Possible Second Expansion Stage, Which Is Not The Subject Of This Process, A Further Heat Exchanger, Heat Storage And An Electric Flow Heater May Be Added At A Later Date. The Space Required For This Is Therefore Reserved And The Interfaces Are Taken Into Account. The Wü Station Essentially Consists Of The Following Components: - Two Plate Heat Exchangers (Wüt) Integrated In Parallel, Each With 3 Mwth; - One Generator Pump (Pwüt) Per Wüt In The Configuration 1 X 100%; - A Hydraulic Switch Equipped With A Heat Accumulator With A Volume Of 60 M³; - A Three-Way Valve In The Return Line (Rl) Of The System To Regulate The Flow Temperature (Vl Temperature); - Three Network Circulation Pumps (Nup) In The Configuration 3 X 50% To Supply The Mühlenviertel Heating Network; - Pressure Maintenance For The Wü Station And The Heating Network Integrated Into The Rl Of The System; - A Degassing Device Integrated Into The Rl Of The System; - Various Actuators, Including Several Control Valves (Rv) And Safety Shut-Off Valves (Sav); - Heating Water System (Primary And Secondary); - Steel Construction Work; - Power Supply; - Control Technology; - Measurement Technology; - Thermal Insulation.
