Reprographic Services – Digitization Of Writing Samples. As Part Of The Project, 3,700 Writing Samples From The Holdings Of The German National Library (Dnb, Client (Ag)) Are To Be Digitized. The Size Of The Individual Writing Samples Varies Greatly: From Individual Samples With A Few Pages To Main Samples From Individual Companies, Which Can Contain Around 1,000 Pages. An Average Number Of Pages Per Work Can Be Assumed To Be 95, With 3,700 Writing Samples Around 351,500 Scans. Increases Or Decreases In Quantities Of Up To 10%, Both In Terms Of The Number Of Works And The Number Of Pages, Are Possible. The Media To Be Digitized Are In The Holdings Of The German National Library In Leipzig And Mostly Come From The 20Th Century. The Materials Are Primarily Bound Books (Up To Din A3), As Well As Material In Archive Containers. This Also Contains Mostly Bound Works (Approx. 70%). In Addition, Booklets, Individual Sheets, Folded Cards, Loose-Leaf Works, Leaflets, Folded Cards (Approx. 15-20%) Or Special Forms As Well As Folders With A Wide Variety Of Contents (Approx. 10-15%) Can Be Included. In Total, A Maximum Of 10% Of The Templates To Be Digitized Can Be Assessed As Difficult Due To Their Nature And Complexity.
