Eligible institutions include research institutes, universities, technical service enterprises, or specialized research organizations with the necessary qualifications to undertake scientific research projects or technical service work in the fields of agriculture and aquaculture. The consulting firm is required to have been established for no less than three years, possess sound financial standing and standardized organizational management, and have no record of major legal or disciplinary violations in the past three years. B.The consulting firm preferably have strong research capacity in aquaculture and environmental monitoring, with demonstrated familiarity with typical aquaculture species, aquaculture farming models, aquaculture diseases and ecological conditions of aquaculture farming in Guangxi. It should be well-versed in national and regional policies related to green agricultural development and ecological aquaculture farming. C.The consulting firm preferably possess technical expertise in water environment analysis, water quality monitoring, smart system integration, and applied technology research. It should be capable of independently carrying out key tasks such as aquaculture environment monitoring, sensor technology development, intelligent management system design, and performance evaluation. The firm should also be equipped with the necessary laboratory and field-testing facilities to support the full process of data collection, analysis, and system development. The consulting firm must provide proof of completion for no fewer than three relevant projects or research tasks at the the prefectural or departmental level or above. Priority will be given to those with research experience in national or provincial-level green ecological agriculture, aquaculture, or digital agriculture projects. D.Firms that have a permanent presence in Guangxi, or possess research, testing, or consulting experience in aquaculture or smart agriculture within Guangxi, will be considered a significant advantage.
