The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of The Equipment At The Contracting Authoritys Registered Office Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Laws Of The Czech Republic And The Standards And According To The Generally Binding Regulations And The Recommended Methodologies Of The Manufacturer. The Bid Price Will Include The Performance Of Pbtk (Periodic Safety -Technical Inspections) Of Supplied Devices For 24 Months (According To Act No. 375/2022 Coll.) As Well As Revisions (Whether Prescribed By The Manufacturer, Domestic Service Organization Or Legislation) And Technical (User) Support And Warranty Services Including Delivery Of All Spare Parts.
