The Heating And Plumbing Renovation Is Carried Out In Several Construction Phases During Ongoing Operations. For This Purpose, The Rooms In The Construction Phases To Be Renovated Are Cleared Either Completely Or In Sections, Depending On Requirements. A New Heating Center With A Connection To The District Heating Is Being Built In The Unused Attic. A New Pump Hot Water Distribution Network Will Be Installed Throughout The Building And The Existing Radiators Will Be Replaced. The Sanitary Cores And Kitchenettes Throughout The Building Will Be Renovated And The Cold And Waste Water Network Will Be Replaced.
