Construction Work For Water Projects - Framework Agreement For The Disposal Of Wet Dredged Material Of Landfill Class Dk1 As Part Of The Wet Dredging Work On The Federal Waterway Main-Danube Canal (Mdk) 2026-2029. The Disposal Contract Includes Transshipment At A Transshipment Point Defined By The Contractor (See 5), The Transport And Disposal Of The Dredged Material Resulting From The “Wet Dredging Work On The Main-Danube Canal (Mdk) Federal Waterway In The Period 2026 – 2029”. The Contract Does Not Cover The Dredging Work And The Transport Of The Dredged Material To The Transshipment Point; These Will Be Awarded Separately After The Disposal Has Been Successfully Awarded; The Interface Between The Contracts Is The Transshipment Point. The Disposal Concerns Dredged Material That Is Classified According To Landfill Classes Dk1 In Accordance With The Landfill Ordinance (Depv). The Execution Period Of This Tender Is 48 Months (January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2029).
