The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Connecting The Cpd Of The National Health Fund Headquarters And The Provincial Branches Of The National Health Fund With A Backup Wide Area Network (Wan) And Providing Internet Access With Anti-Ddos Protection. 2. The Cpd Connection Of The Nfz Headquarters And The Nfz Provincial Branches Of The Nfz With A Backup Wide Area Network (Wan) And The Internet Connection With Anti-Ddos Protection Must Be Launched On November 20, 2025, And If The Connection Would Not Be Possible On That Date, It Should Take Place No Later Than 12 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement. 3. Maintaining The Cpd Connection Of The Nfz Headquarters And Nfz Provincial Branches With A Backup Wide Area Network (Wan) And Ensuring Internet Access Along With Anti-Ddos Protection For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Launch Of The Service Indicated In The Acceptance Protocol. 4. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Specification. 5. The Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Specification. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Pursuant To Art. 305 In Connection With Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 And 8 Of The Public Procurement Law.
