constructing pedestrian improvements for 1/4 mile on the east side of Cedar Street from The Bird Store, 4 Cedar Street to Burgess School Road. The work under this contract consists of constructing cement concrete sidewalk, cement concrete driveway aprons, HMA driveway, new granite curbing, pedestrian curb ramps, crosswalks, construction of a midblock pedestrian crossing with solar-powered Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB), and other incidental work.
