The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into 2 (Two) Lots: Lot 1 With Subject: “Delivery Of Stationery” The Subject Of The Order Under Lot 1 Is The Periodic Delivery Of The Following Stationery: A Total Of 57 Types Of Stationery On A List Of Fixed Prices For The Duration Of The Contract And/Or Catalog Goods With The Stationery Of The Contractor, Including A Percentage Of Discount On The Catalog Price. Lot 2 With The Subject: Delivery Of Stationery Materials Included In The List Of Goods And Services Under Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act The Subject Of The Contract Under Lot 2 Is The Periodic Delivery Of The Following Stationery, Included In The List Of Goods And Services Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Ppa: A Total Of 12 Types Of Stationery On A List Of Fixed Prices For The Term Of Contract And/Or Catalog Goods With The Stationery Of The Contractor, Including A Percentage Of Discount On The Catalog Price. On The Grounds Of Art. 80, Para. 1 Of The Rules For The Implementation Of The Public Procurement Law (Pppop), The Contracting Authority Retains The Contract For The Participation Of Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities, Provided That The Requirements Of Art. 12, Para. 5 And Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act. Other Stakeholders May Also Participate In The Procedure, But Their Offers Are Only Considered If There Are No Offers Of Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities.
