The Subject And The Volume Of The Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: Delivery, Dismantling Of Existing Laboratory Chemical Fireplaces, Installation, Installation And Commissioning Of New Fireplaces And Weight And Warranty Period Of Laboratory Furniture. 2. Lot Positions -The Public Procurement Is Set Up In The Following Positions: - Lot # 1 - Delivery Of Laboratory Chemical Fireplaces; - Lot 2 - Delivery Of Weight Mass; 3. Estimated Value. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Determined In Accordance With The Provision Of Art. 21, Para. 2 And 3 Of The Public Procurement Act At The Date Of Its Opening And, In Compliance With The Rules Of Art. 21, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act And Art. 27 Of The Pppop Is Bgn 202,000.00 (Two Hundred And Two Thousand) Bgn Without Vat Accrued. The Price Includes All Costs Related To The Quality Execution Of The Order In The Type And Scope Described In The Technical Specification. The Offered Prices Must Be Offered In Bgn Without Vat, Rounded To The Second Sign After The Decimal Comma. The Estimated Values Of The Individual Lots Are As Follows: 3.1. Lot 1 - 200 600,00 (Two Hundred Thousand Six Hundred) Bgn Without Vat; 3.2. Lot 2 - 1 400,00 (Thousands Of Four Hundred) Bgn Without Vat. The Estimated Value Of The Contract And The Individual Lots Is The Maximum Financial Resource That The Contracting Authority Can Provide For Their Execution.
