The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes Activities For The Implementation Of The Construction Works (Construction Works), Which Are Carried Out In Accordance With Part Three Construction Of The Law On Spatial Planning (Zut). The Object Of Construction Works: Heat Supply And Subscriber Station For Residential Buildings Up To 15 M High And Underground Garages In Upi I - 1951, 1452, 2917, Square 9, M. Malinova Dolina - 2 - Ra, 3, 4. Item 3 Of The Spa. The Circumstances Related To The Beginning, Execution And Acceptance Of The Construction Works, And The Commissioning Of The Site Shall Be Certified By The Preparation And Signing Of The Participants Of The Respective Acts And Protocols In Accordance With Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003 On The Drafting Of Acts And Protocols During The Construction. The Technical Implementation Of The Construction Must Be Fulfilled In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Applicable Regulations, Including The Zut And The Regulations Thereto; The Technical Specifications Of The Construction Products, Materials And Equipment And Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work When Performing Construction Works. Detailed Information On The Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Is Contained In The Technical Specification Enclosed To The Contract Of The Public Procurement. The Types Of Construction And Assembly Works, Which Are Subject To Execution, And Their Quantities Are Described In The Quantitative Account Attached For Valuation In The Form And Investment Project.
