The Public Procurement Includes The Delivery Of Heat Energy With Hot Water For Heating And Domestic -Hot Water Supply For The Needs Of Mir Dg - Plovdiv, For A Period Of 36 Months And Estimated Value - Up To 110102,44 Bgn / 56294,48 The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Was Determined On The Basis Of The Heat Consumption For The Previous 12 Months - 238,5540 Mwh, Taking Into Account The Possible Changes In The Amount Or Value Of The Necessary Heat That Could Occur After The Order Award. An Option Is Envisaged: If The Contract Is Not Exhausted By The Time Limit Of The Contract, The Contract Period May Be Extended Until Its Total Value Is Exhausted, But For No More Than 6 (Six) Months. The Option Is Exercised By A Letter Of Assignment From The Contracting Authority To The Contractor, Which Becomes An Integral Part Of The Contract.
