At This Tender, The Landsbyggefonden And The General Housing Organizations In Denmark Want To Obtain Tenders For A Framework Agreement Regarding The Establishment, Operation And Administration Of A Whistleblower Scheme And Advice To Denmarks General Housing Organizations. The Supply Stems From The Fact That Housing Organizations With 50 Or More Employees Under Act No. 1436 Of 29/06/2021 The Protection Of Whistleblowers (Whistleblower Act) As Amendments Must Establish A Whistleblower Scheme. The Supply Includes Whistleblower Scheme For All Of Denmarks General Housing Organizations, Which Currently Includes: • Housing Organizations, Which Have 250 Or More Employees, And Thus Have To Establish A Whistleblower Scheme. • Housing Organizations, Which Have Between 50-249 Employees, And Thus Have To Establish A Whistleblower Scheme • Housing Organizations That Have Less Than 50 Employees And Which Voluntarily Want To Establish A Whistleblower Scheme. The Landsbyggefonden Offers A Framework Agreement On The Establishment, Operation And Administration Of Whistleblower Scheme On Behalf Of All Denmarks General Housing Organizations. It Is The General Housing Organizations That Endorse This Scheme That Can Use The Framework Agreement. Appendix 3 To The Framework Agreement Shows All The Housing Organizations Covered By The Framework Agreement. It Will Be Possible To Add Additional General Housing Organization To The List If New General Housing Organizations Are Created In Denmark During The Term Of The Agreement. The Landsbyggefonden Thus Serves As A Shopping Center For The Danish General Housing Organizations, Which Must Be Able To Make A Feature Of The Framework Agreement.
