Security Services – Direct Physical Protection Of Persons And Property, Monitoring Of Local Burglary And Assault Detection Systems, Including The Activities Of The Intervention Group, And Monitoring Of Local Fire Protection Systems, Including Intervention In The Facilities Of The Krakow Museum. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Size And Scope Of The Order Is Included In Annex 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7) Of The Public Procurement Law In The Quantitative Scope In The Amount Of Up To 100% Of The Estimated Value Of The Contract For The Procedure In Question. The Scope Will Concern Services Similar To Those Described In The Subject Order And Consist In Particular In The Direct Physical Protection Of Persons And Property, Monitoring Of Local Burglary And Assault Alarm Systems Together With The Activities Of The Intervention Group, And Monitoring Of Local Fire Protection Systems Together With Intervention In The Facilities Of The Krakow Museum. The Final Terms On Which The Order Will Be Awarded Will Be Specified In The Content Of The Contract, Which Will Be Determined As A Result Of Negotiations Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Conducting Negotiations Remotely. The Ordering Party Indicates That It Will Require Contractual Penalties To Be Included In The Contract For Untimely Performance Of The Contract, Improper Performance Of The Contract, Failure To Comply With The Warranty Conditions, And Withdrawal From The Contract For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor.
