1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Brand New Passenger Information Board, Integrated With The Tristar System At The Racławicka 01 Stop In Gdynia. 2. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation, Including Obtaining All Necessary Permits And Design Arrangements Required By Law, Technical Conditions From Network Operators Colliding With The Planned Investment And Opinions Of Other Authorities, 2) Construction Of A Passenger Information Board At The Racławicka 01 Stop In Gdynia, Based On The Prepared Design Documentation, 3) Integration Passenger Information Board With The Tristar System, 4) Preparation Of As-Built Acceptance Documentation, Which The Contractor Will Prepare And Deliver To The Ordering Party In Paper Form And In Electronic Form, Specified In Annex A1 To The Swz, 5) Performing Authors Supervision Over The Works Being Carried Out, On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor And During The Warranty And Guarantee Period For Construction Works. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Conditions Of Its Implementation And The Obligations Of The Contractor Are Specified In: A) Situational Plan Of The Wielkopolska - Racławicka - Parkowa Intersection - Annex A1 To The Swz, B) Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Pfu) - Annex A2 To The Swz, C) As-Built Documentation - Annex A3 To The Swz, D) Detailed Technical Specifications Of The Tristar System - Annex A4 To Swz, E) Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Ppu) - Annex No. 7 To Swz 4. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty And Guarantee For The Prepared Design Documentation, Under The Conditions Specified In The Swz. 5. The Contractor Will Provide At Least A 36-Month Warranty And Guarantee For The Completed Construction Works, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol By The Ordering Party And The Contractor.
