Pułtuska 17The Buildings Are Entered In The Register Of Monuments And Are Currently Used As Municipal Apartments. The Task Will Involve Replacing Damaged Door And Window Joinery, Replacing Sheet Metal Flashings And Repairing Chimneys. The Scope Of The Task Includes Developing Design Documentation For The Renovation Of Buildings In The Above-Mentioned Scope, Along With Obtaining All Permits, Including From The Conservator Of Monuments. The Next Stage Will Be The Execution Of The Works Renovation Works In Accordance With The Prepared Documentation. Deadlines For Order Completion: Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit, Including Agreement With The Masovian Monuments Conservator - By March 30, 2026. Completion Of Construction Works With An Acceptance Report And Submission Of Complete As-Built Documentation - By August 31, 2026. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right Specified In Article 441 Of The Act Pzp.
