Czarnieckiego 711) Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 4A To Swz); Design Documentation (Annex No. 5 To The Swz), Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Annex No. 6A To The Swz) And The Draft Contract (Annex No. 3 To The Swz), In Particular: - Reflection Of Cement-Lime Mortar Plasters On Walls, Pillars, Pilasters; - Preparation Of The Old Subfloor For Insulation Using The Light-Wet Method - Mechanical Cleaning And Washing; - Installation Of Pvc Windows With Finishing Treatment; - Internal Two-Layer Gypsum Plasters On The Walls; - Dismantling Downpipes Made Of Unusable Sheet Metal;- Thermal And Anti-Sound Insulation Made Of Polystyrene Boards Horizontal On Top Of The Structure On Mortar - Gluing Polystyrene Plaster;- Laying Tiles;- Thermal Insulation;- Execution Of Roof Coverings And Structures And Similar Works;- Electrical Wiring Works;- Sanitary Works;- Works In The Field Electrical Installations2) The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Part 1 Also Includes The Performance Of All Auxiliary And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Including: A) Securing The Area (Rooms) Where The Works Will Be Carried Out (Construction Site); B) Tidying Up And Cleaning Up After Completion Of The Works The Area Where The Works Will Be Carried Out, Including Neighboring Properties And Rooms Contaminated As A Result Of The Works; C) Preparation And Submission To The Ordering Party Of Complete As-Built Documentation, Including All Documents Necessary To Put Into Use The Facility Resulting From The Construction Works; D) Carrying Out Tests, Technological Commissioning And Required Tests, As Well As Preparing And Submitting To The Ordering Party Complete As-Built Documentation, Including All Documents Necessary To Put Into Use The Facility Created As A Result Of Construction Works; E) Reviewing The Existing Protection Of Bird Nests In The Facility And Possibly Supplementing Or Repairing Them; F) Installing Nesting Boxes For Protected Birds Under Supervision Ornithological Site Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Boxes Are Delivered By A Person Designated By The Ordering Party For Ornithological Supervision; G) The Entire Investment (Parts 1 And 2) Under Ornithological Supervision H) The Technological Solution Selected By The Contractor And The Materials He Will Use Should Not Have A Negative Impact On The Natural Environment. Their Use Should Not Result In The Risk Of Accumulation Of Unfavorable Factors For The Environment In The Short Or Long Term. Moreover, All Materials Indicated In The Technical Documentation Of The Investment Should Comply With The Standards Applicable In Poland And The Eu. The Investment Being Implemented Should Not Significantly Disturb The Balance Of The Natural Environment, And The Designed Thermal Modernization So
