1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Fragment Of A Green Roof With Small Architecture In The Courtyard Of The District Office In Gniezno And Planting 4 Trees Directly In The Ground In Front Of The District Office Building, As Part Of The Task: A Roof Full Of Greenery On The Building Of The District Office In Gniezno. The Work Will Take Place In The Existing Administrative Building Of The Office, So It Is Necessary To Additionally Coordinate The Work In Relation To Office Hours. The Office Is Open From: 7.00 – 16.00. The Facility Will Operate During Construction Works, Which Requires The Work To Be Carried Out In Stages In A Way That Minimizes Inconvenience To Users And Employees (E.G. Ensuring Access To The Building, Rooms, Office Workers). The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting Of 2 Stages: Stage I - Construction Of A Fragment Of The Green Roof Along With Small Architecture In The Courtyard, Stage Ii - Planting Trees And Flower Beds In Front Of The Starosty Building (Ul. Jana Pawła Ii). As Part Of The Project, It Is Planned To Create A Green Roof On The Flat Roof Of The Garage, Which Will Be Partially Irrigated With Water Coming From The Roof Of The Session Hall And The Terrace Next To The District Office Building. The Green Roof Will Act As A Small Retention Facility, Intended To Capture Rainwater From The District Office Building. The Green Roof Will Be Planted With Native Perennial Plants, Which Is Intended To Retaining And Absorbing Rainwater Flowing From The Roof Of The Building. After Completion Of The Works, The Building Must Fully Fulfill Its Existing Functions. After The Work Is Completed, Current Escape Routes And Uninterrupted Communication Must Be Maintained. With Regard To The Designed Green Zone In The Courtyard Above The Garage, A Technical Opinion Was Developed Regarding The Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Reinforced Concrete Ceiling. The Document Shows That The Maximum Value Of The Characteristic Load Is: 350 Kn/M². All Design Solutions, Including The Selection Of Construction Layers, Paving Materials And Vegetation, Must Take This Limitation Into Account. It Is Unacceptable To Exceed The Specified Load Value In Any Part Of The Development Zone. An Important Requirement Resulting From The Rules For Financing The Project Is To Provide A Minimum Area Of 100 M² Of Green Roof. All Design Solutions Must Guarantee Compliance With This Criterion.2. Task Co-Financed By Subsidies From The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Poznań For Projects Related To Innovative Green Infrastructure And Biodiversity Protection In 2025.3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Requirements For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Specified In: Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
