Cowshed No. 1, Inventory No. 36/I*B, Fire Station Inventory No. 109/000138 And Slurry Tank No. Inv. 286*A Located On Plot 10/21, Cygusy Registration District, Sztum Commune, Sztum Poviat, Pomeranian Voivodeship. The Scope Of The Order In Question Also Includes The Transport And Disposal Of Asbestos Boards Stored On Pallets On Plot No. 22/6 Rev. Klasztorek, Commune Gardeja, Kwidzyn Poviat.2. The Detailed Scope Of Work Was Described In The Construction Design For Demolition Works, Bill Of Quantities, Valuation Of Post-Demolition Materials For Recovery, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And The Decision Of The Starosta Of Sztum Of May 4, 2023. – Demolition Permit (Letter Reference Ab.6741.4.2023.Iiipo)3. The Scope Of Demolition Works Includes: 1) Preparation By The Contractor, Before The Commencement Of The Works, Of An Ornithological Study Regarding The Occurrence Of Birds Of Protected Species With A Written Statement On The Location Or Lack Of Habitats Of Birds Of Protected Species, 2) Complete Demolition Of The Facilities Together With Foundations And Other Elements Constituting Components And Functional Parts Located On The Surface And Below The Surface, 3) Tidying Up And Cleaning The Area Construction From Rubble And Other Remains After Demolition And Removing Them In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Regulations, In Particular In Accordance With The Waste Act, 4) Planting To The Level Of The Surrounding Ground And Tidying Up The Construction Site, 5) Removing All Items Stored From The Demolished Facilities And Access Roads, Including Garbage, Grass, Bushes And Other Objects Resulting From The Technical Documentation And Technology Of Work Execution Demolition Works And Remove Them In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Regulations, In Particular With The Regulations On Waste, 6) Performance Of Construction Works That Are Not Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And Technical Documentation And Are Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement, 7) Notifying All Relevant Architectural And Construction Administration Authorities, Supervision Authorities And Institutions Before Commencing Demolition Works, In Accordance With The Law, 8) Securing Existing Trees And Securing Other Objects That May Be Damaged During Demolition Work,9) Preparation By An Authorized Person And Delivery To The Ordering Party Of As-Built Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation In Order To Introduce Any Changes To The Register Of Land And Buildings, Along With Confirmation Of Submitting The Above Documents To The District Office.4.
