Tenders Are Invited For Active Playground Located Next To The Nursery Called Public Nursery Maluch In Tarnówka As Part Of The Ministrys Program Active Playground 2025

1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In Equipping The Playground Located Next To The Nursery Called Public Nursery Toddler In Tarnówka As Part Of The Ministrys Active Playground 2025 Program, Including The Delivery And Installation Of Certified Play Equipment In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Stwiorb And Annex No. 9 - A Detailed List Of Play Equipment And Other Elements. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Documentation, Stwiorb And Annexes No. 9 Swz - A Detailed List Of Playground Equipment And Other Elements.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain A Post-Assembly Inspection Document Confirming The Compliance Of The Playground With The Pn-En 1176 Or Pn-En 1177 Standards, Carried Out By An Independent, Specialized Inspection Unit That Was Not Directly Involved In The Assembly And Is Not Responsible For Any Repair Work Or Related Costs. The Inspection Document Must Confirm Compliance With The Requirements Of The Ministrys Active Playgrounds 2025 Program. All Works Performed And The Playground Equipment Delivered And Installed Must Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En 1176 Or Pn-En 1177 Standards. The Inspection Document Must Be Submitted To The Ordering Party No Later Than Before The Final Acceptance Of The Investment. Note: If Any Non-Compliance With The Pn-En 1176 Or Pn-En 1177 Standard Is Found In The Inspection Document (Inspection Report), For Which The Responsibility Borne By The Contractor, It Will Be Necessary For The Contractor To Perform The Necessary Repair Work (At His Own Expense) And Then Undergo Another Inspection In Order For The Contractor To Obtain A Post-Assembly Inspection Document Confirming Compliance Of The Playground Or Surface With The Pn-En 1176 Or Pn-En 1177 Standards (Certificate).4. In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.5) If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Documents, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent.
