1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of A Retention Water Reservoir In The Town Of Butryny. The Construction Works Include The Scope Of Works On The Reservoir Located On Plot No. 192, Butryny District: • Preparatory Works: Measurement Works, Demolition Of Existing Elements Of The Pier, Cutting Down Of Colliding Trees, Preparation Of The Area For Works, • Cleaning Of Dredging Of The Reservoir Along With Forming Slopes, • Strengthening The Banks With A Palisade And Fascine, • Finishing Works, Including: Planting, Sowing Of Slopes And Leveling The Excavated Material Around The Reservoir Along With Sowing Grass. The Ordering Party Informs That It Will Provide Ornithological Supervision In Accordance With The Decision Of December 17, 2024 Of The Director Of Environmental Protection In Olsztyn. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Technically And Technologically Complete Subject Of The Contract, Which May Independently Fulfill An Economic Or Technical Function And Is The Result Of All Construction Works In The Field Of Construction.
