A) The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Construction Work Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Pedestrian Crossings, Including The Construction Of Lighting In Order To Improve The Safety Of Road Users In Selected Locations Of The City Of Krakow, Divided Into Three Parts: Part 1 Covering The Locations: Ul. Łużycka/Bochenka, Ul. Bochenka/Łużycka. The Lighting Must Meet The Requirements Of The Road Administration Of The City Of Krakow Included In The Guidelines For The Lighting Of Street Lighting Elements, Lighting Of Pedestrian Crossings And Illuminations, Constituting Annex No. 14 To This Swz. B) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using The Following Documents: For Part 1: - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Technical Specifications Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Constituting Annex No. 8.1 To Swz - Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 9.1 To Swz - Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 10.1 To Swz - Guidelines For Lighting, Street Lighting Elements, Pedestrian Crossing Lighting And Illuminations Constituting Annex No. 14 To Swzc) In The Event Of Appearing In Any Annex To Swz Of Manufacturers Names, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems May Replace Products With Equivalent Ones. The Ordering Party Will Consider Equivalent Solutions To Be Solutions That Enable Achieving The Effect Intended By The Ordering Party Using Other Technical Solutions. An Identical (Identical) Solution Cannot Be Considered An Equivalent Solution, But Only One That Shows Exactly The Same Or Very Similar Utility Value In The Compared Features. By Indicating The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals Or Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Aimed To Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only The Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order.
