The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Utility Shelter For Municipal Equipment Along With Storage Rooms At The Road Border Crossing In Grzechotki, 14-500 Braniewo, Consisting In Particular Of: 1) Partial Demolition Of The Existing Concrete Block Floor, 2) Construction Of Steel Supporting Columns For The Shelter, 3) Foundation Of The Steel Structure Of The Shelter, 4) Construction Of The Walls Of The Shelter And Warehouses, 5) Construction Of The Structure And Roof Covering, 6) Construction Of Door Joinery, 7) Reconstruction Of The Concrete Floor, 8) Construction Of The Electrical Installation.2. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annexes No. 6.1-6.5 And 7.1-7.2 To The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz Is Treated Only As Illustrative Material And Does Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 103 Pzp.3. Design Documentation Or Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works May Indicate Trademarks Or Origin For Certain Materials, Products Or Equipment Elements. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials, Products Or Equipment Elements Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Design Documentation Or Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Decisions Obtained, Ensure That Parameters Are Obtained At Least At The Same Level As Those Assumed In The Design Documentation Or Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, And Will Be No Worse In Terms Of In Terms Of: 1) Functional Character Understood As Identity Of Functions, 2) Technical Parameters Understood As Strength And Durability, 3) Safety Parameters Of Use.4. In Each Case When The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems In The Swz, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed.5. All Materials And Products Used During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be New And Certified For Use In Construction.6. The Equipment Elements Delivered By The Contractor As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Free From Technical Defects, Approved For Trading And Use, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Swz.7. In The Case Of Lighting Fixtures Specified In Annex No. 6.4 To The Swz, The Ordering Party Allows A Tolerance Of +/- 15% In Relation To The Parameters Indicated Therein.8. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed By The Contractor At An Active Border Crossing, Therefore The Method Of Its Implementation Requires Agreement With The Ordering Party In Order To Ensure The Proper Functioning Of The Road Border Crossing In G
