1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery, Together With Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff, Of Brand New 2 (Two) Wheeled Backhoe Loaders For The Needs Of The District Road Administration In Kielce, Each Of Them Equipped With: - A Tilting Head (Powertilt), - A Set Of Buckets For Linear Excavations, Including: • A Standard Sloper, 150 Cm Wide, • A Sloper Type Scandinavian, 150 Cm Wide, • Trapezoidal 30/120, - Pallet Forks Mounted With A Quick Connector, - Snow Plow (Arrow) Mounted With A Quick Connector.2. The Backhoe Loaders Will Be Intended For Work Mainly Related To The Current Maintenance Of District Roads, Including: Digging And Renovating Ditches, Cutting Roadsides. The Backhoe Loaders Will Not Be Intended For Commercial Use. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Vehicles Be Brand New, Manufactured In 2024 Or 2025. The Term Factory New Should Be Understood As Equipment Purchased From Any Supplier If It Has Not Been Previously Used (Operated). The Contractor Of The Order On The Day Of Delivery Or Max. Within 3 Days Of Delivery, It Will Organize Training In The Road Circuit In The Field Of Operation, Maintenance, Minor Repairs, Operation And Inspection Of The Delivered Vehicle For At Least 3 People Indicated By The Ordering Party. 4. The Wheeled Backhoe Loaders Offered By The Contractor Should Be Fully Operational And Meet The Technical, Quality And Operational Requirements Specified In The Order Description As Well As Polish And European Safety Requirements. The Excavator Must Meet The Requirements Specified In Applicable Regulations For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997. Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act. 5. Together With The Delivery Of The Backhoe Loaders, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With All Necessary Documents Related To The Subject Of The Order In Polish, Such As: Warranty Book, Operation And Maintenance Manuals, Certificates, Attestations And Other Required Documents Allowing The Ordering Party To Operate And Use It In Accordance With Polish Law.6. A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) And The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
