1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Used Truck With A Tipper Body For The Needs Of The District Road Authority In Lipno.2. Place Of Delivery And Transfer Of The Subject Of The Order: District Road Authority In Lipno, Ul. Wojska Polskiego 8, 87-600 Lipno.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Any Structural Changes To The Vehicle. The Vehicle Must Comply With The Original Factory Specification.4. The Offer Must Include The Vin Number, Make, Vehicle Model, Year Of Production And Mileage In Km.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Opz Contains The Minimum Requirements That The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Meet.6. The Car Should Have All The Documents Necessary For Registration And Allowing The Vehicle To Drive, Including: Current Registration Certificate, Current Registration Plates, Vehicle Card - If Applicable.7. Together With The Car, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Set Of Documents Necessary For Registration.8. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Will Be Accepted In The Form Of A Delivery And Acceptance Protocol, After Confirming Its Compliance With The Terms Of The Order.9. Before Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Check The Technical And Visual Condition Of The Car That Is The Subject Of The Contract By Appraisers And/Or An Authorized Diagnostic Station For Trucks. If The Ordering Party Finds Poor Technical Condition That Does Not Meet The Technical Specifications, The Ordering Party Will Withdraw From The Purchase.10. The Offered Machine Must Have The Correct Driving And Operating Parameters Specified By The Manufacturer.11. The Contractor Will Provide Free Commissioning, Checking And Possible Adjustments After The Delivered Vehicle Is Launched. 12. On The Day Of Collection Of The Vehicle And Its Accessories, A Handover And Acceptance Protocol Will Be Prepared (Attachment To Swz).
