The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of A Concept Used To Describe The Subject Of The Order For The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Ul. Bałtycka On The Section From Ul. Żurawia To Ul. Sokolej In Olsztyn. The Scope Of Work Includes The Development Of A Comprehensive Concept Of Reconstruction Of The Street, Including: A) Geodetic Inventory Of The Street And Neighboring Facilities (Including Infrastructure Technical: Sewerage, Waterworks, Gas Pipelines, Energy Networks).B) Assessment Of The Current Road Traffic Organization.C) Identification Of Potential Collisions With Existing Infrastructure.D) Inventory Of Greenery Along With A Vegetation Management Project And A Greenery Development Project, In Accordance With The Ordinance Of The Mayor Of Olsztyn No. 307 Of September 8, 2023 On The Introduction And Application Olsztyn Greenery Standards.E) Development Of The Road Layout Taking Into Account The Single-Lane Cross-Section, Sidewalks, Bicycle Traffic And Additional Elements (E.G. Parking Bays, Bus Stops).F) Design Of Intersections, Including Intersections With Circular Traffic, Pedestrian Crossings, Parking Spaces, As Well As New Or Modernized Parking Spaces. The Aim Of The Task Is To Improve The Functionality, Safety And Aesthetics Of Urban Space, While Taking Into Account Applicable Standards And Regulations. The Developed Concept Should Be Consistent With The Construction Project Entitled Construction Of A New Route Of Provincial Road No. 527 On The Section From The City Border To The Viaduct Railway (Nowobałtycka Street). It Should Be Borne In Mind That After The Construction Of Ul. Nowabałtycka, The Traffic Intensity On The Section Of The Street Covered By The Concept Will Decrease And It Will Be Local And Periodic Traffic Resulting From Commuting And Collecting Children To Kindergarten And School.
