The Subject Of The Order Is: Modernization Of The Stage Technology System Installation In The Cultural Center In Hałcnów In Bielsko-Biała At Ul. Siostry Małgorzaty Szewczyk 1 - In Accordance With The Detailed List Of Equipment Included In The Price And Product Range Form - Annex No. 6. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Modernize The Stage Technology Installation And Provide Projection And Sound Equipment With Technical Parameters Described In The Swz - Annex No. 6 - Product And Price Form. The Contractor Will Ensure The Transport Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Unloading At Ul. Siostry Małgorzaty Szewczyk 1 And Installations In Accordance With The Guidelines Described In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Assortment And Price Form. The Exact Delivery Date Will Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. Delivery Must Take Place During The Ordering Partys Working Hours (In A Maximum Of Two Transports). On The Day Of Delivery, The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Documents Along With The Subject Of The Order: Product Cards, Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity For Each Of The Supplied Equipment, Warranty Cards, Etc.
